l soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. L'appartamento è davvero bello e confortevole oltre che molto pulito. Elio è un host accogliente e discreto. Consiglio vivamente!  

Appartamento fantastico confortevole, comodo accogliente, unico, un soggiorno fantastico sia come accoglienza da parte del Sig Elio sia come location, bellissimo panorama sono stato veramente molto soddisfatto sia io che la mia famiglia. Ho trascorso una meravigliosa settimana, i miei migliori complimenti all'host il sig.Elio una persona molto disponibile gentile e accogliente ...grazie. Spero di ritornare al più presto.

Elio è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile anche fuori orario. La casa è bellissima con garage privato coperto e tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. Ottima esperienza.

Ho soggiornato per 14 giorni e l’esperienza è stata più che positiva. L’appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort, proprio come nelle foto! Elio inoltre è stato molto gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato!  

Persona molto disponibile e pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze. Location vicina a Bassano del Grappa e Asolo(5-10min di auto). Locale pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario

È necessario telefonare prima dell'arrivo per il ritiro delle chiavi in quanto il titolare non vive nella struttura. Disponibile anche garage coperto con apertura autonoma tramite chiave della camera. Appartamento moderno, di recente costruzione. Presente macchina da caffè con capsule nespresso e zucchero. Molto carino e molto pulito. Consigliato! Niente acqua in bottiglia e niente da bere ad eccezione del caffè.

Grazie Elio per la sua accoglienza, per averci aspettato, fino a tardi la sera, perché il nostro aereo era in ritardo a l'arrivo a Venezia. La sua casa e perfetta, pulitissima, con tutti gli attrezzi nuovi di perfetta qualità. Il terrazzo del nostro appartamento grandioso e la vista sulle montagne riposante, in più il vostro ristorante vicino e ottimo. Elio e simpatico, discreto, efficace in rispondere velocemente alle nostre domande tra sms. Il luogo vicino a Bassano; gli monti del Grappa o dell Altopiano; Asolo o Venezia e ideale per scoprire la regione. Raccomandiamo questo affito e speriamo ritornarci presto!    

Elio's apartment is a state-of-the-art modern apartment, spacious, with easy access, all amenities and a garage car space. The Region all around is exactly as described: wonderful, whether for old Renaissance cities or the mountainous area of Monte di Grappa. We enjoyed and would come back.

Beautiful, clean apartment, but you definitely need a car for sightseeing and grocery shopping.  

Elio is a wonderful host, the apartment is very well appointed and centrally located for anyone wanting to travel Northern Italy. Far enough out of Bassano del Grappa not to be affected by traffic yet close enough to get to any of the great towns and villages in this area to explore. I would highly recommend the apartments and will stay there again when I travel in this region in the future....

I stayed at Elio's place for 2 months so that I can paraglide. The building was in exemplary condition and you can tell it was recently renovated with all modern fixtures. Lots of care was put into making this a beautiful building! There are 4 apartments and you will get whichever one is available. Each has their own nuances, but if you get the choice, try to get apartment 3... It's the best of them! (I had apartment 4 which was on the road side and a little noisy) As far as the apartment goes, everything inside was in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning worked great. No complaints on the amenities! There were a few downsides. I don't want to be too nitpicky but I think future travelers should be aware of them. The first is the wifi situation. This was important to me because I work remotely and had contacted Elio about the wifi before getting there. Turns out that there is one connection to the internet that comes from one of the surrounding houses, then it get's wirelessly sent to the apartment building then distributed to all 4 apartments. Anyways all this is to say that if you have 1 person using it, it will probably be fine. Once you have all 4 apartments using it and the host house... forget it. The wifi didn't work for me the entire time I was there. So if you are coming here, make plans to use something like WiTourist (which is what I used) to have workable internet. Another downside was the proximity to the road. Yes I had used (Hidden by Airbnb) Street View to check out the area before going, but didn't realize how busy this road was. Turns out that it's a major artery and it's very busy. So if you try to keep the windows open you will hear plenty of road noise and it's impossible to have phone calls with that noise in the background. Another disadvantage of the road is that it makes it very difficult to get around by anything but car. So if you want to go for a morning run, be careful because the Italian drivers can be aggressive! Anyways, this review was a lot longer then anticipated! In summary, if you are looking for a clean, modern and comfortable place to stay at in the Bassano area, look no further. Just don't expect the Wifi to work or to go for a run/walk without getting very close to traffic. meno informazioni

Our stay in Elio's place was fully satisfactory. The place is very clean, new, and includes all the needed things.

Very nice clean and value for money apartment in Romano d'Ezzelino. Friendly host. Will be back again. Lovely modern. Clean apartment, wi-fi signal was a bit weak; could have used instructions in english on how to use the TV.

No oven in ApNR:3. kitchen gear could be better equipped (only one pan) for an appartement. A bit noisy due to location is close to mainroad. The appartments in the back are more quiet.  There is a TV (we did not need it), but in case its needed, mainly italian.

Super clean, all new, access via code key card. Garage. Big fridge and cooking field. Dishwasher. Smal balkony with nice view to the mountains. Close to onwers restaurant, we did not eat there but looks clearly worth a try ! - Big bathroom with big shower, allways hot water.  We got 2 dishwasher pads and 2 koffee pads for first day for free. There is a mokka machine as well as a koffee pad machine.

Great place to stay for a few days ! Super clean and new appartements.

tres bien l'accueil, la propreté, l'équipement, le calme et le parking on est obligé de prendre la voiture pour sortir.

Tutto ok nel mio soggiorno presso l'alloggio di Elio, l'appartamento è molto bello, con vista sulle montagne, nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di funzionalità modernissime. La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti di auto si arriva a Bassano ed è molto vicino a numerosissime località di interesse come Asolo e Marostica. A pochi minuti di auto si può trovare un supermercato. Elio è un padrone di casa gentile e disponibile e sia il checkin che il checkout sono stati facili e veloci. Consiglio a chiunque voglia passare alcune piacevoli giornate nella zona di Bassano per visitare l'area circostante di alloggiare presso gli appartamenti di Elio. Mi dispiace solo di non aver provato il ristorante di Elio che è adiacente agli appartamenti ma purtroppo non abbiamo avuto sufficiente tempo.

L'esperienza con elio è stata positiva, l'appartamento è nuovissimo e tecnologico, le foto sono veritiere, è provvisto di tutti i comfort, la posizione e ottima.

Appartamento nuovissimo, fedele alle foto, a 10 minuti dal centro di Bassano e a 5 minuti dal primo ipermercato. Elio è un host disponibile e simpatico. Consigliato!

Vicinanza a località storiche, turistiche e montane. Arredamento buono, attrezzatura cucina completa, serramenti ottimi per la riduzione del rumore proveniente dalla strada adiacente, aria condizionata ben funzionante. Presenza cassetta di sicurezza.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Disponibilità e cortesia, ambiente moderno e confortevole cucina attrezzata. Mancava una tovaglia.

Excelente apartamento. O local é espaçoso e confortável, com equipamentos novos e modernos. Recomendo! Um ponto importante: sem carro é bem difícil se locomover pela região.  

Idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer das Veneto (Venedig, Chioggia, Padua, Vicenza etc.) zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus mit 4 Ferienwohnungen etwas ausserhalb von Bassano. Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig und es gab sogar echte Decken nicht nur Laken ! Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es sind auch ein paar Tiefgaragenplätze vorhanden. In der Nähe ein paar gute Trattorien mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, aber faktisch dafür Fahrzeug erforderlich. Fällt mir jetzt nichts Wesentliches ein. Habe 3 Weingläser spendiert.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit bester Ausstattung. L'appartamento è super!  

Der Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Touren mit dem MTB optimal gelegen. Mein Bike konnte mit dem Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Rundum gerne wieder.

Hôte très sympathique  

Très joli appartement. Grand neuf, propre et agréable. Son emplacement permet de visiter facilement les jolis petits villages aux alentours de la Vénétie ( Asolo, Marostica, Bassano del Grappa et Citadella ). Elio est quelqu'un de disponible, très sympa et de très humain.  

Bardzo wygodny apartament. Sympatyczny właściciel. Zbyt duża odległość do supermarketu, trzeba korzystać z samochodu.
